3. Contact form (Formspree)
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. When you submit the form, your name, email address, and message are transmitted to and stored by Formspree in order to deliver your inquiry to us. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf. 4. Cookies and similar technologies
This site uses a consent banner to manage non-essential third-party resources. Specifically:
- Presentation resources (web fonts, icon library) are loaded from third-party content delivery networks (Google Fonts, Cloudflare CDN) once you make any choice on the consent banner. These transmit your IP address to the respective provider as a technical necessity of loading the resource, but do not set tracking cookies or build a usage profile.
- Analytics (if and when enabled) will only load if you click "Accept" on the consent banner. If you click "Reject analytics", no analytics script will load, and no analytics cookie will be set.
- Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser's local storage, not as a tracking cookie, so we can remember your preference without it constituting further tracking.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will cause the consent banner to reappear on your next visit.
5. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contact form submissions: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — necessary to respond to your request, or Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.
- Analytics (if accepted): Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your explicit consent, given via the cookie banner.
- Technical/server logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in maintaining site security and function.
6. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, and are deleted or anonymised thereafter unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
7. Your rights
If GDPR or a similar data protection law applies to you, you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format

8. International data transfers
