Project-based structure

The expert network operates on a project and needs-oriented basis. Team composition varies by legal sector, investment profile, regulatory environment, and the institutional complexity of each engagement — ensuring relevant expertise is engaged rather than retained unnecessarily.

Flexibility and discretion

This model ensures access to specialised knowledge while maintaining the flexibility, confidentiality, and tailored strategic support that complex mandates in transitional markets require. All network engagements are coordinated directly by the Principal Advisor.

Are the members of the expert network employees of Maddahinasab Legal Advisory?

No. Members of the expert network are independent practitioners and specialists — attorneys, engineers, and academics with their own separate practices — who are engaged on a project basis when a specific mandate calls for their expertise. They are not employees of the firm.

Who is responsible for advisory mandates and their outcomes?

All advisory mandates are led by, and remain the responsibility of, Mostapha Maddahinasab, Ph.D., Founder and Principal Advisor. Expert network members contribute specialist input to specific matters at his direction; overall responsibility for the engagement rests with the firm.

How are expert network members engaged for a project?

Team composition is determined on a case-by-case basis according to the legal sector, jurisdiction, and technical complexity of the mandate. Relevant specialists are engaged only where their expertise is needed for that specific matter, coordinated directly by the Principal Advisor.

How can I join the expert network?

The firm welcomes collaboration with legal practitioners, academics, policy experts, economists, regional specialists, and technical consultants whose expertise complements its advisory and research work. Inquiries can be submitted through the contact page.
